01Access Rules and Delivery
SKINSIRE™ specializes in premium educational content:
Access is granted immediately upon successful payment. Content is delivered digitally through our platform. Users are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and compatible device to access the materials.
Device & Video Player Compatibility: Our secure video player is not supported on Apple devices released in 2023 or earlier (including iPhone 15 & older, older iPads, and Intel-based Macs). iPads and Macs with M1 or M2 chips may work using Google Chrome.
Users are required to verify playback compatibility by creating a free account and playing any video in our free "Open Access" series prior to subscribing. If you purchase a subscription and only have unsupported Apple devices, you must contact support via WhatsApp within 7 days of purchase (refer to our Refund Policy).
Platform Availability: Access to content is subject to the continued availability of the SKINSIRE™ platform. While we intend to provide long-term access, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability indefinitely. In the event of platform discontinuation, we will provide reasonable prior notice.
02Account Sharing and Security
“Strict No Sharing Policy”
Your account is for personal use only. Sharing your login credentials, password, or account access with others is strictly prohibited.
Our system monitors for multiple concurrent logins and suspicious activity. Any account found to be shared or accessed by unauthorized users will be permanently banned without a refund.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or transfer your account or any content accessed through SKINSIRE™ to any third party, whether for commercial gain or otherwise. Violation of this clause will result in immediate account termination without refund and may attract legal action.
03Copyright and Intellectual Property
All materials provided on SKINSIRE™, including video lectures, PDF notes, clinical images, and quizzes, are the exclusive property of Dr. Saurabh Bhatia and SKINSIRE™.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal learning. You may not copy, record, download (unless explicitly permitted), share, distribute, resell, or reproduce any part of the content in any form.
Legal action will be initiated against any individual or entity found involved in digital piracy or unauthorized distribution of SKINSIRE™content.
04Subscription Cancellation
Monthly Plan
Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
- •Cancellations stop the next billing cycle; you will retain access until the end of your current paid period.
- •Partial-period refunds are not provided upon cancellation.
Annual Plan
Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

05Payments
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.
Indian payments are accepted via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking through Razorpay. International payments are processed via PayPal.
Prices are listed in INR (inclusive of applicable taxes) unless stated otherwise.
SKINSIRE™ reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review it before completing any purchase.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.
Limitation of Liability
SKINSIRE™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital products.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

08Jurisdiction Clause
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Haryana.
